Cookie Policy
This page describes the cookies and other tracking tools used by the website https://www.respira.house/, pursuant to Article 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 and the Guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) of 10 June 2021. The data controller is Azienda Agricola Pira Luigi. For general information on the processing of personal data, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies and other tracking tools are
Cookies are small text files that the websites you visit save on your device and read again on subsequent visits. Similar tools, such as the browser’s local storage, tracking pixels and other device identification techniques, are subject to the same rules. They may be set directly by the website (first party) or by services of other parties (third parties).
2. Categories of cookies used
Technical cookies
They are necessary for the website to work or to provide a service requested by the user, for example navigation, security, storing cookie preferences or the shopping cart. They do not require the user’s consent.
Statistical cookies
They are used to collect information on how the website is used, for example the pages visited and the length of visits, in order to improve how it works. They are set only with the user’s consent.
Marketing and profiling cookies
They are used to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and to show ads in line with the user’s interests, including on other websites and platforms. They are set only with the user’s consent.
Protection services provided by third parties
The website uses third-party services to protect forms from automated submissions. These services may collect data on the device and on the use of the website and are activated only with the user’s consent.
3. List of cookies used
The up-to-date list of cookies used by the website, with the category, purpose and duration of each, is shown below and is generated by the consent management system, which updates it at every new scan of the website. From the same box you can review the choices you have made.
4. More about Google services
The website uses Google Consent Mode: before the user makes a choice, Google services receive the consent status “denied” and do not set analytics or advertising cookies; after the choice, they receive the updated status. In the absence of consent, Google services may receive cookieless technical signals, for example on the type of device and the consent status, which Google uses only for aggregate estimates.
Google Analytics 4. According to Google, for users in the European Union the IP address is used only to derive an approximate location and is neither logged nor stored. The user can also prevent Google Analytics from collecting data by installing the opt-out browser add-on.
The user can manage the personalisation of Google ads from their account settings (My Ad Center). How Google uses information from sites that use its services is explained at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
5. Consent management
On the first visit to the website, a banner is shown that allows you to accept all cookies, reject non-technical cookies or choose individual categories, managed through Cookie-Script. Closing the banner with the “X” is equivalent to rejecting non-technical cookies. Your choice is stored and the banner is not shown again, unless there are significant changes to the services used.
You can change or withdraw the consent given at any time, including for individual categories, from the settings in the section “List of cookies used”.
6. Managing cookies through the browser
You can also delete cookies already set and prevent them from being set through your browser settings. Disabling technical cookies may impair the proper functioning of the website.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards described in the Privacy Policy.
